Our soldiers have gone into the field of battle.
But, would they really return home alive?
Rather than
ponder over this thought, you can support them by prayers. Most of the time,
these brave soldiers are within enemy range. You can do something – something
valuable…You can intercede on their behalf and that is the more reason that
these words should be spoken for them or spoken for themselves…the sacred
prayer of a soldier…

The sacred prayer of a soldier
Lord here I stand
designed as for war
though not at my desire
but as a defender
of my sovereignty.
Gird me in full armor
and strengthen my spirit.
Let the enemies spear
never find my heart
nor his blade
thrust through my loins,
let the battle be swift
and our losses insignificant,
and let me return home
to find my family in peace.
Poverty
is perceived in some quarters as being as terrible as a loathsome disease. In
fact it is dreaded and should never be seen as a way of life. While the rich
see poor people ass lazy and indolent, the just have a different view. One is
only poor if one chooses to be…but that too is not the whole truth. You can
spend a millennium declaring that you are rich and yet remain a church rat. It
is time you disposed of any procrastination or heaping blame on others for your
state of penury. Do something now. Cry out!
Cry
out, cry out!
Pray
these words with all your heart…and be delivered from the shackles of poverty.
Pray these words and be free from that loathsome state that has left you a
vagabond, a wretch. Here is your answer on a platter of gold…the deliverance
from poverty
4.
Deliverance from poverty
For how long oh lord
shall I remain in penury?
How long
before my soul finds relief?
I toil day and night
yet find no gainful task
even the works of my hands
provide me not a morsel of food
my compatriots
in whom I surpass in every detail
thrive in abundance.
I have become jest
to neighbors
while passers by
sneer at me
temptation boils within me
and unguarded thoughts
race through my mind
but I have chosen to remain straight
and to adhere to thy words.
Look upon me oh lord
and be merciful unto me
for my bones are weak.
I will not be moved into wrong deeds,
that I trespass not against thee
However oh lord,
deliver my blessings unto me
and remove this cloak of misery
from off me.
I will wait patiently oh lord
but I pray thee,
do not abandon me to this fate.
